Dan behandelen we uw stuk met de grootst mogelijke zorg op basis van onze ervaring, maar kunnen we
het resultaat niet garanderen — de behandeling gebeurt dan op risico van de eigenaar.

Ophalen & leveren aan huis
Liever niet zelf langskomen? Wij rijden vaste routes en halen op en leveren bij u thuis of op kantoor.
De ophaal- en leverkost hangt af van de afstand tot onze vestiging
(Stoofstraat 41, 1785 Merchtem) en start vanaf €8
— u ziet het exacte bedrag meteen in de calculator bij uw registratie.
Minimum bestelwaarden voor ophaling aan huis:
kleding €65 •
gordijnen & tapijten €150.
Voor kleinere orders bent u van harte welkom in een van onze winkels.
“Vanaf €8” is de ophaal-/leverkost, niet het minimum bestelbedrag; deze kost komt
bovenop de bestelwaarde.

Chaque pièce que vous nous confiez — vêtements, rideaux, tapis, couvertures, couettes,
chaussures, cuir ou daim — est traitée avec le soin et le savoir-faire de trois générations
d’entretien du textile. Que vous commandiez en magasin, via la boutique en ligne ou via
l’application d’OPURO : vous pouvez compter sur la même qualité.
Des accords clairs en font partie. Pour les clients particuliers, les Conditions
générales Consommateurs s’appliquent ; pour les clients professionnels, les
Conditions générales Entreprises. Voici l’essentiel en bref — les conditions complètes

Les étiquettes d’entretien sont notre guide. Étiquette manquante ou
illisible ? Nous traitons alors votre pièce avec le plus grand soin sur la base de notre
expérience, sans pouvoir garantir le résultat — le traitement s’effectue alors aux risques
du propriétaire. En cas de doute, nos collaborateurs vous conseillent volontiers au préalable.

Pas entièrement satisfait ? Signalez-le-nous dans les 48 heures — nous
réexaminons votre pièce et cherchons une solution ensemble.
Enlèvement & livraison à domicile
Vous préférez ne pas vous déplacer ? Nous suivons des itinéraires fixes et venons
enlever et livrer chez vous ou au bureau. Les frais d’enlèvement et de livraison
dépendent de la distance depuis notre établissement (Stoofstraat 41, 1785
Merchtem) et commencent à partir de 8 € —
le montant exact s’affiche immédiatement dans le calculateur lors de votre
inscription.
Montants minimums de commande pour l’enlèvement à domicile :
vêtements 65 € •
rideaux & tapis 150 €.
Pour les commandes plus petites, vous êtes le bienvenu dans l’un de nos magasins.
« À partir de 8 € » correspond aux frais d’enlèvement/livraison,
pas au minimum de commande ; ces frais s’ajoutent au montant de la commande.

Clear agreements are part of that. For private customers, the General Terms and
Conditions for Consumers apply; for business customers, the General Terms and

the utmost care based on our experience, but cannot guarantee the result — treatment is then at
the owner’s risk. In doubt? Our staff are happy to advise you beforehand.

Home pickup & delivery
Prefer not to come by? We operate fixed routes and collect and deliver at your home or office. The
pickup & delivery fee depends on the distance from our premises
(Stoofstraat 41, 1785 Merchtem) and starts from €8
— the exact amount is shown instantly in the calculator during registration.
Minimum order values for home pickup:
clothing €65 •
curtains & rugs €150.
For smaller orders, you are most welcome in one of our stores.
“From €8” is the pickup/delivery fee, not the minimum order value; this fee is
charged on top of the order value.
