Schedule your pickup below, and we'll take care of the rest.
Step 1.
Select your time slot
Choose a pickup and delivery time that works for you, either in the Opuro app or by email. You'll receive a confirmation by email.
Step 2.
We'll pick it up
Please place your clothes in a sealed bag. A note with a brief description of any stains will help our workshop get started.
Step 3.
We clean
In our workshop, every item is inspected and carefully cleaned. For clothing, please allow 3 to 4 business days.
Step 4.
We deliver back
Your clothes will be returned clean at the agreed-upon time, whether at home or at work.

How much does pickup and delivery cost?
Pickup and Delivery Fees
The cost depends on the distance from your address and is calculated automatically when you register. Our routes operate Monday through Friday.

Good to Know
Do I have to be home?
Will you be unavailable at the time of pickup or delivery? If so, please specify a contact person—such as a neighbor or building manager—in your delivery preferences.
How do I pay?
You can pay using your card in the Opuro app, or with a debit or credit card to the driver. Cash payments are not accepted.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can change the date and time until 5 p.m. the day before.
Can I schedule a regular pickup?
Yes, you can easily schedule a regular weekly pickup in the app.
