At what hours do you visit?
Choose a time slot that works for you.
Select the pickup and drop-off times that work best for you in our app or via email. We’ll then send you a confirmation email.
Rates, routes, and minimum order amount
Pick-up & Delivery – fixed routes
We operate on fixed routes from Stoofstraat 41, 1785 Merchtem.
During or after registration, our calculator automatically calculates the correct pickup and delivery costs based on your address.
Indicative rates per distance (pickup & delivery):
Route 1 – up to 5 km: €8
Route 2 – 5 to 8 km: €12
Route 3 – 8 to 16 km: €16
Route 4 – 16 to 20 km: €21
Route 5 – 20 to 25 km: €26
📅 Routes run on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Minimum order values (excluding pickup and delivery costs)
To maintain the quality and profitability of our service, we work with minimum order values:
Clothing (dry cleaning & specialized cleaning): €65
Curtains & carpets: €150
👉 Laundry and small orders are not eligible for home pickup.
For these services, you are welcome to visit one of our stores.
ℹ️ Important:
Pickup and delivery fees (€8–€26) are in addition to the minimum order amount and are not included in it.
Rejection following inspection
Sometimes, upon inspection, it turns out that an item cannot be processed or cannot be processed safely (due to damage, age, or composition). In that case, we will return it and charge you twice the cost of pickup and delivery from your address for the transportation and inspection. You may retrieve the item or authorize us in writing to dispose of it. If a rug or curtain is not picked up afterward, a storage fee of €25 per month will apply after 14 days. How long does it take?
How do I give the clothes to the driver?
Do I have to be home when you come over?
If you have not set delivery preferences in your online account, you must be home when our drivers come to pick up and deliver your items. If you will not be home or if you want someone else to pick up your order, you can specify a preferred contact (neighbor, housekeeper, janitor) in your delivery preferences.
If you miss a pickup or delivery and have not notified us at least 12 hours before the deadline, you will be charged 15 € for your order to cover driver costs.
Do not hesitate to contact us in time, we are very understanding, we will find a solution together.
Can I also place an order by mail?
Yes, if you are not sure how to make a booking online, you can always contact our customer service by email info@opuro.be. They will be happy to help you and send you an email with a booking confirmation.
What locations do you serve?
Can I book a subscription?
Yes! You can book a fixed pick-up and drop-off slot (once a week or twice a week) directly in your online account (just click "Book a recurring booking".
You can also call us at 052/372682 and one of our staff can reserve it for you. This prevents you from having to place an order over and over again, and you can cancel it at any time if you don't need delivery that week or go on vacation.
Can I just order curtains, rugs or wedding dresses online?

Yes, that's possible. These items are unique and require professional evaluation, which is why they are always inspected first before cleaning begins.
If you bring them to the store yourself, we’ll inspect them together at the counter. If you have them picked up at your home, we’ll assess them both at the time of pickup and in the workshop. That way, we can be sure to handle your item safely and with care.
💡 Please note:
If, upon inspection, an item is found to be non-compliant or cannot be safely cleaned, we will return it and charge you twice the cost of pickup and delivery from your address. This covers only the travel expenses and the inspection—it is not a penalty, but the actual cost incurred because we traveled to your location. If a returned carpet or curtain is not picked up afterward, a storage fee of €25 per month will apply after 14 days. You can find the full policy in our terms and conditions.
How can I pay?
You can pay with the credit card you entered during the registration process on our website or through our Opuro App.
In addition, you can also easily and quickly pay with a debit or credit card at the driver's door via a user-friendly payment terminal.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.
How can I check the status of my booking?
Can I change my details or cancel my booking?
Sometimes you get surprised with different arrangements - we fully understand that.
You can change your booking date and time until 5 p.m. on the day before the originally scheduled slot. If you do not know when you will be free next time, you can cancel your booking and place a new one when you are ready. Please note that if you need to change your address information for a new zip code, you may need to choose new pickup and delivery times.
Do you also offer rush delivery for urgent orders?
Yes, we offer express delivery for urgent orders. Please contact us and we will assess the situation and propose a customized solution. Please note that this service is tailored to your needs and may involve additional costs due to the unique transport and deployment of all necessary resources to ensure successful express delivery.
Why may my order be refused or delayed?
There are several factors that may affect our ability to process and deliver your order. During certain periods, such as holidays, vacation periods, or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or other logistical challenges, we may experience limitations in our operational capacity.
Additionally, there may be situations where the processing and delivery costs of an order are higher than the order's value, especially for orders outside our usual delivery area. In such cases, we may be forced to refuse or delay the order to avoid operational and logistical costs not being covered.
