Pre-treatment & stain removal
The carpet is first cleared of loose dust and dirt. We treat stubborn stains separately with environmentally friendly products that keep the fibers intact.
Deep Cleaning
In our workshop, we clean thoroughly yet carefully, using techniques that work deep into the fiber structure without affecting color or texture.
Drying process & texture restoration
The carpet dries in a controlled environment to prevent shrinkage and distortion. During this process, we restore its original suppleness and texture.
Finishing & packaging
After cleaning, a final inspection is carried out. The rug is rolled up and packaged according to the customer's wishes, ready for collection or delivery.
