Would you like to request an invoice? We'd be happy to.

Whether you need an invoice depends on who is making the purchase:

• Individual (personal use): An invoice is generally not required—your sales receipt serves as valid proof of purchase.
• Business (VAT-registered): We’d be happy to issue the invoice in your company’s name. Please provide us with your company name, address, and VAT number. We send invoices between businesses electronically via Peppol.

Important deadline: Please submit your invoice request to us, preferably by the 15th of the month following your purchase (e.g., purchase on April 23 → by May 15 at the latest). This is the legal deadline by which we can issue an invoice; we may not always be able to process requests received after this date correctly.

Do you often need invoices? Then sign up for a business account: you pay per invoice and receive them automatically, without having to request them each time.
