Invoice Request
If you’re purchasing from OPURO for your business, we’d be happy to issue an invoice in your company’s name. The best way to ensure this goes smoothly is to provide your company name and VAT number when you pick up your clothing at the store. The sale will then be immediately recorded as a business-to-business transaction. We send invoices between businesses electronically via Peppol.
Did you provide your business information when placing your order but haven't received the invoice yet? Please fill out the form below with the information from your receipt. We'll check your request in our point-of-sale system and send you a response by email.
We cannot retroactively change a purchase that was recorded as a personal purchase to a business purchase. For individuals, the receipt serves as proof of purchase.
Submit your application no later than the 19th of the month following the quarter in which you made your purchase. For a purchase made in July, August, or September, that would be October 19.
Do you shop with us regularly? If so, sign up for a business account. You’ll pay by invoice and receive your invoices automatically.
